She and her twin brother, Griffin Musk, are the eldest children of the world’s wealthiest man. Wilson publicly came out as transgender in 2020, and two years later, when she was 18 years old, she legally changed her name.

She wrote in her petition to a Los Angeles court that she no longer wished to be related to Elon Musk “in any way, shape, or form.” The two have talked about each other in the media but have been estranged for years. “We’re excited about representing an extraordinary and charismatic artist like Vivian,” said Tanayri Novoa of Echo Lake Entertainment in a statement.
